Media Registration : Hot Lines

WRITTEN PRESS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS

A. PRINCIPLES

1) A maximum of three representatives (journalists and/or photographers) by publication could be accredited for the event. The agencies must qualifies to the same criteria as the publications .

2)To be accredited, a publication must be publicly sold. The magazines of clubs and the internal magazines of companies cannot be accredited as Media .

3)The advertising agencies, the agencies of public relations, marketing etc, will be able to be accredited as Media. The organizers will be able to deliver an accreditation to the representatives (press members or others) of the sponsors, suppliers, teams of manufacturers, pilot, etc. The requests for accreditation of emanating press members from private teams could be accepted by the organizers, to amount of a person per team .

B. PROCEDURES

The publications and the agencies must address their request for accreditation by using the form (National/International Press) to:
