Closing date for entries: Sunday, February 16th 2003

Read carefully these documents before starting registration process:

On request it is possible to receive those documents by mail from registrar of the rally.

There is two (2) accepted procedures to register:

1- The team manager can use the entry form available on this WEB Site. The manager will have to have a valid e-mail address and will need to use a password of its choice to insure the validity, the confidentiality and the security of the data. At the end of the online entry process, the manager will have to print the form, sign and mail it to the registrar of the rally.

This option will not be available after Sunday, February 16th.

2- Competitors must send the completed and signed standard form to the registrar of the rally. The form must arrive to the registrar by Sunday, February 16th 2003, 20h00.

If the form is sent by FAX or by the WEB site, the original of the form must arrive to the registrar by Tuesday, February 18th 2003, 20h00.

Entry fees

The entry fees are fixed and include:

  • One road book (Additional ones are available at 150 $ CAN for each kit)
  • One FIA General Prescriptions book if requested
  • One reconnaissance information kit
  • Two passes for competitors
  • Two service plates
  • One service book (Additional ones are available at 150 $ CAN each)
  • Up to five passes for service staff
  • Two event programs (Additional copies will be available at regular price)
  • All car numbers
  • All stickers for the optional organizer’s advertising

Payment

The entry application will only be accepted if accompanied by the total entry fee or by a receipt issued by the competitor’s National Sporting Authority. The entry fee can be paid by cheque, money order or cash.
Cheques must be written to the order of Club de Rallye de la Capitale.

Tow money

A financial compensation, in cheque, will be provided to competitors at the end of the rally according to the following table:

A) National and international registration: $0.19 CND x Km covered (to go only) beyond the first 300 Km up to the 2000th Km covered in total, which means a maximum of 1700 Km x $0.19 CND = $323 CND. The residence point of the driver is considered to be the starting point previously determined.

B) Regional registration: The same conditions apply as above, but there is an allocation of $0.13 CND x Km for a maximum of 1700 Km x $0.13 CND = $221 CND.

Maximum number of entries

The maximum number of entrants will be 75 cars. If more than 75 entries are received, the organizers will create a reserve list.

In accordance with the article 77 of the International Sporting Code, should the number of entries received exceed 75, the organizers shall decide which entries are to be accepted on the basis of the following priorities:
a) Competitors contesting previous rounds of the Championship of North American Rallies
b) Competitors who have demonstrated support for the Rallye de Québec in the past or whom the organizers require for promotional purposes
c) Competitors who have demonstrated support for the Canadian Rally Championship
d) Competitors who have demonstrated support for the Coupe du Québec

Within each of the aforementioned groups, the Organisers will have sole discretion as to which entries take priority.

International licence holders must hold an authority from their National Sporting Authority or obtain its stamp on the entry form.

Update of the Entry Form:

It is possible for the team manager to update the Entry Form until Sunday, February 16 20h00. After this date the manager can only read the Entry Form. Only the registrar of the rally will be allowed to update it.
