“spec” fuel provider
The International Quebec Rally is proud to announce
that C.L. BRYANT, INC./UNION 76 RACING FUEL will be the official
“spec” fuel for the 2003 edition of the rally.
C.L. BRYANT, INC./UNION 76 RACING FUEL will be the only
fuel provided in the official fuel areas during the event.
All rally competitors are encouraged to purchase only Union
76 Racing Fuel for the event. C.L. BRYANT, INC./UNION 76 RACING
FUEL are the official fuel provider of the NASCAR Series.

Competitor have to reverve the fuel quantity needed at registrar
by email or phone before 14h00 Friday, February 14.
Procedure:
1. Lubrichem personnel will be located at the main service
area refueling area to fill the competitor’s containers
prior to, and during the refueling time.
2. Competitors are required to provide containers designed
for gasoline for use in the refueling area.
3. Competitors are required to label all their fuel containers
with the car number and driver’s name.
4. Competitors or their service crews are responsible for
filling their containers in advance to fuel in the time allowed.
5. Competitors or their crews are required to fuel their own
vehicles using their containers.
6. All crews must be outside the vehicle during fueling.
7. One crewmember must be present and holding a fire extinguisher
during refueling.
8. Unused fuel in containers can be transported in the Union
76 fuel truck or transferred into another vehicle inside the
refueling zone. Unused fuel is not to be stored or transported
into the Service Area.
8. Competitors are responsible for making payment arrangements
with the official fuel supplier wich will accept credti card.
9. Fuel will not be available at remote refueling areas.
10. Price for Competiton 100 will be 2.75$ CAN per litre.
